This Victorian place is beautifully decorated and conveniently located near a waterfall, a pond filled with large coy carp, the sea, London Road, and the promenade.

The house is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. Owners very helpful and courteous.

The accommodation at the Sea Spirit Guest House in Hastings is spacious and stylish. the beds are exceptionally comfortable. the rooms are airy, large, and have clean bathrooms. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. the breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of tasty meal options. I highly recommend staying here for a night.

The place was exceptionally clean with very attentive and excellent staff members. Really enjoyed our superior queen room with an extralarge bed. - the wonderfully kept garden was a nice touch. - the location was convenient, close to beautiful gardens, main areas, and the seafront.

The rooms were great with a comfortable double bed and the staff were friendly and courteous.

I had a VERY LOVELY experience here, everything was perfect, the location was easy near to the old town, the pond stocked with huge coy carp, and the best Thai restaurant in town. The beds were comfy and the room was neat, airy. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator, loved it.

I had a really comfortable stay with breakfast included and liked the location; it was marvelous and easy to the historic town center. the breakfast was great - a good choice of meals - tea and eggs. the service was excellent, the food was excellent!

Very welcoming staff. Clean comfortable rooms and spotless bathroom. I did not feel as though I was walking into the previous residents mess, everything had been cleaned for me. Breakfast was fantastic. I can not complain at all about this guest house. I will return.

This is not a complaint, just an observation. My en-suite shower room had a single shower where there was ample room for a double shower. A little more expense from the hotel would translate into a whole lot more consideration for the residents comfort.

My luxury room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with a big comfy bed. There was a fireplace, central heating, and an iron, which was great. - I really enjoyed the location, it was easy and in the area given.

The owners were very hospitible and welcoming the rooms were very well decorated and everything was thought of.
